Terms of use
Short, because there is not much to govern yet — AMPHY is a proposal, not a trading venue.
AMPHY is a proposal
AMPHY does not exist as a trading business. It is a proposed gaming and esports lounge for Ararat, Victoria, and this website exists to describe that proposal and measure whether there is enough local demand to pursue it.
There is no venue, no lease, no opening date and no ability to take a booking or a payment. Nothing on this site should be read as a promise that any of those will exist.
Nothing here is an offer
Pricing, hardware specifications, game libraries, event formats, opening hours and membership options shown on this site are proposals. They are the current thinking, published openly so people can react to it.
All of it may change, and some of it will. Registering your interest does not create a contract, reserve anything, or oblige you to spend money if AMPHY does open.
Registering interest
Registering interest means adding your name to a count and telling us how you would use the venue. It is free, it is not a commitment, and you can have your details removed at any time.
Please register once, with your own details and a real email address. Duplicate submissions from the same address are rejected automatically, and obviously fake entries undermine the only thing this site is trying to measure.
Accounts
The login and account pages describe features intended for when AMPHY opens. Accounts are not live, no credentials are stored, and no balance, booking or membership shown on the account page is real.
The interest counter
The number shown on this site is the count of registrations in our database at the time the page loads. It includes a set of clearly-marked demonstration records used while the project is being set up, and those are labelled as such in our internal tooling.
It is published in good faith as a measure of interest, not as an audited figure.
This website
The site is provided as-is. We try to keep it accurate and available, but cannot guarantee it will be free of errors or always online.
The AMPHY name, logo and written content on this site belong to the AMPHY project. Game titles and company names mentioned belong to their respective owners and are referred to descriptively — no affiliation, sponsorship or endorsement is implied.
